Babies Ballet And Nursery Ballet
We welcome children from age 2 to our babies ballet and age 3 upward to our nursery ballet classes. These classes provide a perfect introduction to dance through structured yet varied and inspiring teaching methods. Enchanted castles, pirate adventures, journey through space, the secret garden are just some of the themes we use to inspire, motivate, and capture the imagination of your child.
Royal Academy Of Dance
The RAD is the world's most recognised organisation in dance. We offer the Children's Graded examinations ( Pre Primary - Grade 8) and also the Vocational examination system ( Intermediate Foundation - Advanced 2) for those showing exceptional talent, or indeed wishing to make a career from dance.
Our fully qualified and registered staff will advise you of when your child is ready for an examination. Children are welcome and indeed encouraged to attend more than one Graded ballet class per week. Vocational students have a 2 compulsory classes per week as well as their Graded classes.

Imperial Society Of Teachers Of Dance
A relatively new addition to our timetable, however, extremely popular, we offer the ISTD Modern Theatre branch Children's and Vocational exams. This is a structured class which follows a syllabus.We aim to increase flexibility, core strength, understanding of posture and weight placement, teach rhythm and modern dance movement. . These classes are perfect for children keen to learn and improve their Modern Dance technique.
Free-Style Jazz And Tap
These are recreational classes for those who love to dance for fun without having their progress marked with an examination. Classes are geared round learning steps, combinations and dances with a variety of stimulating music styles from chart to musicals.
Scottish
We teach some of the Traditional set Highland Dances, including Sword Dance and basic Highland/Scottish dance steps. This is an excellent work out and a cultural experience.
Scholars Ballet
Children who show particular talent and commitment to their ballet are invited to join this programme which is delivered free of charge. The programme is designed to enhance the skills the pupils learn in their regular class and take their work to another level of understanding of technique.
Hip Hop/Street
This is an increasingly popular style of dance which has as much appeal to boys as girls. Nikki will take you through a rigorous warm up and challenging dance routine.
